At Toystorey, we take great pride in the quality of our toys. To ensure a fair and smooth process for everyone, please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds below.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • 📦 Strict Requirement: No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained without a proper, uncut unboxing video.

  • 🔍 Video Criteria: The video must clearly show the unopened package, the actual unboxing process, specific proof of any damages, and proof that the toys are in a completely unused condition.

🪵 Natural Variations in Wooden Toys

  • 🌳 Natural Characteristics: Please note that natural wood hollows, grain variations, and minor discolorations are inherent traits of authentic wooden products.

  • ❌ No Grounds for Return: These natural characteristics are not considered defects, and Toystorey will not accept returns or refunds based on these variations.

🔄 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • ⚖️ Sole Discretion: The final decision regarding any option for a return, replacement, or refund rests solely with Toystorey.

  • 📦 No-Return Refunds: In certain instances, Toystorey may choose to issue a refund or resolution without requiring you to ship the toy back. This decision is made exclusively by our team.

  • 🆓 Free Replacements: If a product is delivered damaged and you provide a valid, compliant unboxing video, Toystorey will happily provide a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping & Timeline

  • ⏳ Strict Timeline: If a return is mutually agreed upon, the product must be shipped back within 2 days of the delivery/fulfillment date.

  • 🧾 Proof of Shipment: You must submit valid proof of shipment to us within 2 days of mailing the item back.

  • 💰 Refund Processing Fees: If you prefer a refund over a free replacement for a damaged item:

    • The customer is responsible for bearing all return shipping charges.

    • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total order value before the refund is issued.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • 📉 Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel an order, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% processing fee of the total order value.
