Thank you for visiting and shopping at toystorey.in. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are processed and delivered within a minimum of 1-2 business days and a maximum of 3-5 business days from the date of order placement.
Please note:
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier issues, which are beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Conditions
We currently ship only within India.
If your address or pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you in advance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number and the name of the courier partner.
Customs Duties & Taxes
toystorey.in is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
toystorey.in is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Immediately contact the courier’s customer support and also inform us.
- Mention the issue in the delivery comment section at the time of receipt.
- Please save all packaging materials and take clear photos/videos during unboxing to serve as evidence while filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India.
